The indoor pool is a fantastic addition and great for kids. Was disappointed that the Wi-Fi was really slow. The golf course nearby is a nice touch for leisure activities.

The carpet was revolting, and I spotted stains that turned my stomach. While the bedding was clean and the beds comfy, the hallways stunk of smoke and something worse. No hot water for days, and weird characters loitered everywhere, making it feel unsafe. I was heartbroken about missing a hot shower before a funeral. The front desk offered little help and even less empathy. I did savor the biscuits and gravy at breakfast, but that alone can’t redeem the experience.

Rooms are big and the beds are comfy, really let you rest. Breakfast has plenty of options like eggs and biscuits, solid start to the day.
Pricing was on the higher side, but still manageable.

the room was clean with nice amenities. had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, fridge, and microwave. bathroom was decent with free toiletries and a hairdryer. location was great with ample parking. breakfast was just okay but nothing to complain about.

Friendly staff made check-in easy. The indoor pool was nice and warm for the kids. The place needs better maintenance—some areas felt a bit run down. Convenient location near several golf courses. Breakfast spread was decent, but the hot options were lukewarm.

Just a smart choice for a brief stop-in in Lexington with best value for money ratio. Bed was great.

Check-in? A convoluted mess. I arrived as promised, yet my reservation was lost. After waiting over thirty minutes, I nearly gave up. The clerk did eventually assist, but the hassle detracted from my experience. The pool? Defunct, despite previous confirmation. The room was far from accessible and smelled of smoke, with visible damage. The professionalism? Lacking. A clerk with a baby at the desk doesn't inspire confidence. On the plus side, the location near Rupp Arena was convenient. Still, significant issues persisted: broken outlets, a moldy window sill, and cleanliness concerns. Safety was also an issue, given the open entry locks. Disappointing experience that warrants substantial improvement.

The desk clerk was exceptionally welcoming, making check-in smooth. The hotel's prime location offered easy access to local attractions. Despite some cleanliness issues, the staff’s friendliness and the decent breakfast provided a silver lining during our visit. Would consider returning for the location alone.

I adored the indoor pool for relaxing swims! The outdoor pool vibes were perfect for soaking up the sun. The sauna was a lovely bonus to unwind after a long day!

Walking into my room felt like a nightmare; it reeked of stale cigarettes and mold. The floors were grimy, turning my socks black, and to top it off, there were roaches everywhere. I just couldn't stay there.

The staff greets you like an old friend. The lobby has some nice decor, and the breakfast bar offers a decent selection for a quick bite.
The overall cleanliness felt like it was on vacation.

Just a short drive from fantastic spots like the Whitaker Bank Ballpark, which is less than 3 kilometers away, and a variety of nice restaurants and shopping districts just a couple of minutes up the road on I-75, this place is perfect for anyone who loves to stroll around and discover new cities; the rooms are also spacious and comfortable, but some areas could use a little updating.

The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were stained and unclean. The heating did not work properly during the cold winter night. I noticed a significant issue with cleanliness, including dead bugs in the room and dirty carpet. The bathroom light was out, and the refrigerator didn't function at all. Noise levels were concerning due to nearby disturbances from other guests. Staff was helpful in finding another motel, but the overall condition of my room left much to be desired. The atmosphere felt unsafe, contributing to a very regrettable experience.

Spacious rooms, nicely designed hotel, perfect for a romantic escape. Convenient location with easy access to nice restaurants and shopping districts just a few minutes away up the highway.
The hotel had a strong smell of mold and cigarettes throughout the hallways and rooms. There were issues with cleanliness, from dirty towels and unmade beds to roach infestations.

We had a fantastic time at the Boone Tennis Stadium and Kearney Hills Golf Links nearby. The whole family enjoyed playing tennis and golf, soaking up the sun and having fun together. The staff was friendly and made our family experience memorable.
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding a designated play area for children.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up Boone Tennis Stadium and Kearney Hills Golf Links nearby! Packed with sports and games, we had a ball getting our competitive spirits going and making memories that'll last a lifetime.
To crank up the fun factor for young partygoers like us, we'd love to see more late-night activities or a cool hangout spot within the hotel itself.

The hotel offered a very affordable one, night stay, which was perfect for my business trip. The location was very convenient, close to the center where my class was held. The nighttime staff was friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant check, in experience.
The layout of the hotel was confusing to navigate. The non, smoking rooms had a strong smell of marijuana in the 200 block.

So, my recent stay at the Ramada was quite a mixed bag. First off, the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver for me as I needed to look sharp for a business meeting. the air conditioning was a bit finicky. It seemed to work fine at first, but then it started acting up, making the room a bit too warm for my liking. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a nice touch for a caffeine addict like me. On the downside, the sink in the bathroom was a bit outdated and didn't drain properly, which was a bit annoying. I appreciated the free toiletries provided, but I did notice that the refrigerator and microwave in the room were not plugged in, so I couldn't use them right away. The television was a decent size with a good selection of channels, but the carpeted floor looked like it could use a deep cleaning. I found it odd that there was no room service available during my stay. Housekeeping did a fair job overall, but I did notice some areas that could have used a bit more attention, especially in the bathroom. The laundry service was a plus though, as I was able to freshen up some clothes before heading out. I had a decent stay at the Ramada, but there were definitely areas that could use some improvement. From the air conditioning to the cleanliness of the room, there are a few things that could make a guest's experience much more pleasant.

I indulged in scrumptious southern dishes at Sigee's, got entertained at Rupp Arena, and enjoyed strolling in downtown Lexington. The hotel provided a plethora of amenities, including a bar.
I absolutely loved stepping over dog feces and broken chairs at the hotel entrance.

our 12-day road trip as a couple was a great experience! The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the clean and spacious swimming pool, perfect for active young boys. Late check-out requests were graciously accommodated, allowing us to relax a little longer. The second room we were moved to was even better, with a comfy bed and helpful staff who acted promptly on our concerns regarding the TV remote.
Our second room had its share of issues. The door was difficult to open due to damage, and the sink had a weak water flow.

I chose this hotel specifically for its proximity to the Mary Todd Lincoln House, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at the front desk. The featured amenities, including the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast, added great value to my stay.
Poor customer service and cleanliness.
